There's no place like home…

Welcome to my new home, Audrey’s Blog!

As many of you have already heard, we have changed our name from Pinks & Blues to Mom Generations. This has been something we have been working on for some time, and to actually be beginning the stages of our “unveiling”… it feels good. It feels real good! After all, we are 2 generations of moms, and each of us has our own perspective and voice.

My sister and my mother will be blogging on their very own blogs… “Jane’s blog” and “the Sharon blog.” During the past year, we have loved blogging under the same blog, but we found ourselves wanting to share and blog ALL the time, and since we “shared” Pinks & Blues Girls blog, we always wanted to make sure each of us was able to get a post up and keep it up without one of us blogging over it!

So you can imagine how excited we all are to be able to have our own blogs… and be able to write about our lives – day in, and day out. You know… the good, the bad and sometimes the not so pretty And since my mother does read my blog – I promise Mom, no sex talk!

Hehehe…

I will continue blogging about being a girly-girl fashionista who moved from the big city (NYC!) back to suburbia to raise my 4 boys.

It’s funny. I guess it was quite fitting that my last post on our Pinks & Blues Girls blog was titled, “And so the adventure begins…” because I feel that right now – with everything going on in my life, it really is! You know… with 4 boys 4 and under, at home and working full-time. Oh… and recovering from a June 17th c-section. But you know what… I wouldn’t have it ANY OTHER WAY. Crazy, huh!?

So keep on reading… and update your feedreaders so you can enjoy our blogs from our new locations.

Jane can be found here and will continue to blog about life as a no-longer-a-newlywed dog mom who loves being an auntie and is learning to be a more domesticated wife (because she wants to be).

Sharon can be found here, and she will continue to blog about life as a former teacher who is now a grandmother to 8 (soon-to-be 9) grandchildren 7 years old and under… and the joys and tips and secrets she has to share.
