I did that last April and it was one of the best things I have ever done! The Twitter Tweightloss Challenge sounds great! Check out the Couch to 5K website too (http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml). It sets realistic goals on a weekly basis. It was challenging but very do-able!! i would still be running but I am expecting my 4th child in December and the doctors won't let me run. I love reading your daughter's blog about her 4 boys! I am hoping to run a 5K again next April after the baby comes. It all depends on the delivery, how baby is doing, how my big three are doing, etc. The Spirit is willing!
