When you called last night to say that "THE PIE" is now available, I almost drove off the highway. I was driving Audrey's car, with her and all 4 boys in it... it was just past 8:00 pm and we had just left the pool... so they were all fussing to some degree... but Audrey was on the phone in a second to oder 2 pieces for take-out. When I ripped into the Post Road Chelo's at about 300 mph, Audrey tear-assed into the lobby with nothing on but a bathing suit and a teeny tiny skirt. I hopped into the back of the van to soothe the kiddies and to try to explain the significance of "THE PIE" that only appears in mid-July and is gone in the wink of an eye! They didn't get it. But we did! 2 magnificent, mouth-watering masterpieces! Audrey rushed home to put hers in her refrigerator (she loves it ice cold). I ripped mine open as I opened my back door. Oh... the rush.
