You survived!! Woot! Judd and I just decided lats night me are doing NC to ME for Thanksgiving. Yep 15 hours each way, 2 kids, one au pair, a DVD player, 1 PSP, 1 GBA and two kid’s travel neck pillows. Freeport outlets here we come! I have no idea how you survived the puppy song, so cute. I drive from 5 pm through the morning so the kids sleep through the worst of it. Quiet and Harry Potter audio books get me through. Go mom!! (And dad, Matt’s a saint).

oh, the puppy song. I usually show Joshua the blog videos I watch but I’m afraid he might start shouting puppy all day long! glad you made it there and back safely. I do need to invest in a DVD player before I ever take a road trip!

Audrey! It’s Hillary (Johnny’s Hillary) from Oklahoma. Love your website and your blogs! I thought of you this past weekend a lot as Johnny and I took an 11 hour driving trip with our two dogs..wiggly, a bit high-maintenance…need to eat, need some water, need a walk. Haha But, I smiled when I thought of the accomplishment that was taking place with you, Matt, and 4 boys! Sounds like you handled the trip like the pro mom that you are! Great job . I know earlier this year I made 13 hour trip 6 times from NC to Florida by myself with my two girls. We were always excited to reach our house in Florida then vice versus our house back in NC. It was a crazy few months since hubbs was living in Florida. Honestly looking back on it, I don’t see how I did that all alone, but we managed.

Isn’t the DVD player a lifesaver gosh… hehe
