I’m only half joking when I say I have a few friends who are thisclose to giving up on our friendship* because I own a Snuggie. They just don’t understand. The Snuggie… um… rocks?

When I was in middle- or high school, my mom had something called a snug sack, which was like a sleeping bag with sleeves. It was great! I’d love to have a snuggie to keep warm in when I’m watching TV or reading. We don’t have central heat and our concrete house can get pretty chilly in the winter.
My wife and I crack up at that commercial every time! The funny thing is my 6 year old really wants one for some reason! Maybe because he would look like a young jedi in training.

I have a theory that stipulates spouses should be included with friends when it comes to “snuggie-envy” – and I would love to put that theory test.

Funny video! My husband wanted to get me one but we watched the video together and he just laughed. He said its not an evening gown or to wear cleaning the house, but he agreed to snuggle with me if i get one. The color is perfect for our family room.
