On May 8th, we partnered up with Bellani Maternity to makeover over a lucky mom for Mother’s Day. Not just makeover… we wanted to give a mother a day just for her. A day to relax. A day to feel beautiful. A day to be given the “royal” treatment. And a day that she would never forget.
We were looking for a special story, a special woman, a special mom… someone who truly deserved an afternoon of pampering. And when I say pampering…

Who was our lucky mom!?
Andrea Robinson from Newport, RI who is 25 weeks pregnant with her second baby!.
Andrea’s story is one that just touched us… in her words,
“A little background: I’ve been married to a wonderful man for almost 5 years and we have
an adorable 16 month old little boy named Sean. Mark is a Lieutenant Commander in the
Navy stationed on the USS New Hampshire out of Groton, CT. Between July 2008 and now
he’s only been home approx 2 ½ months total. Now home doesn’t mean on vacation. He’s
just in port, still working 9 to 5 on weekdays with a 24hr shifts every fourth day and on
call every weekend. Last December we found out that I was pregnant with our second
child. Due August 22nd. Quite the surprise given that he had only been home for four
days around Thanksgiving. Mark is currently deployed again and is supposed to be home at the end of July. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that all goes well and I don’t have the baby early and he
isn’t extended.”
We truly felt Andrea deserved a pampered day all about HER! She was so adorable… and so appreciative… and so wonderful!
