That’s exactly how I’ve been using the HC meals. I got a great deal on them with that $1.00 printable coupon at the bottom of your post (you can print 5 per computer), so I only paid .50/each for 10 at a time. My freezer is full!

I LOVE healthy choice meals too and you are so right. You are getting a great gourmet meal cooked for you while you are cooking for the boys. . Great video!

We do the assembly line thing too! It’s the only way to get everyone fed with no fighting. The oven-roasted chicken sounds so good. I’ve never tried that one!

love the multi-tasking sandwich set up. you’ve got your own assembly line going on! and it is so true. i love the convenience of the microwave cooking my meal for me while i handle the demands of my children at meal time. being a microwave chef really is my only choice!
