What’s cool about the Pulse Perfection Vibrating Mascara is – indeed – the vibration of the brush. It actually does 7,000 vibrations per minute in 7 “synchronized actions.” I could definitely feel the vibrations of the brush and I kept hoping my hand would stay steady! That’s one thing with mascara and ME… I’m not a steady brush holder!
This is what I found after using the Pulse Perfection Vibrating Mascara – it definitely made my lashes look thicker, it definitely extended their length and the “Blackest Black” definitely made a statement. I noticed these 3 things immediately! I think you can tell in the video that my lashes look thicker and darker… even my husband noticed! LOL!
The main thing that I need in a mascara is that it’s waterproof. My eyes (especially around this time with allergies) water a bit, so the waterproof action is a MUST for me.
