I must say it. I was horrified. Like… screeching-halt, double-take horrified.
Shoulder pads? I’m thinking back to the 1980′s when all my mother’s suits for school were filled with shoulder pads. I say “filled” because it seriously looked like someone had stuffed the shoulders, all in readiness for my mother to take to the football field.
When it comes to fashion, I’m pretty open-minded. I appreciate some crazy and unique styles. I dare to wear colors that are outside my comfort zone. But shoulder pads?
Oh, no. I have to draw the line somewhere.
Shoulders pads making a comeback? I hope it’s a quick entrance and exit.

I can’t believe this would ever really make a true comeback. Drawing the line at shoulder pads is completely necessary.
