People's Choice Awards – Fashion

Last night I attended the People’s Choice Awards… to say it was incredible would be an understatement… it was BEYOND INCREDIBLE!   Everyone looked fabulous… each celebrity dictating their own distinct red carpet style because the cool thing about the People’s Choice Awards is that it’s a Hollywood Chic affair for the People, by the People.  You don’t have to worry about coming “Classic Hollywood” — you come representing YOU.

I had the most amazing time getting ready and prepping… and just having my “look” come together -

But onto the most important things…. RED CARPET FASHIONS!

My top 3 MOM fashion standouts of the night went to:

1.  Alyson Hannigan

This is what I love about Alyson… she rocked this LBD to perfection!  The cut, the fit… absolutely perfect.  And the SHOES!  Look at those shoes!  Classic and elegant and oh-so-chic.  The best part?  Her acceptance speech – “Most importantly, my two favorite people – my husband and my baby girl [Satyana] – thank you for everything!”

2.  Taraji P. Henson

Stunning is the only word that comes to mind.  I love the color of this silk chiffon gown by Alberta Ferretti.  The lilac color is sweet and glamorous all at the same time.  I adore the draping and just think that Taraji looked red carpet beautiful… not to mention she looked amazingly comfortable as she flowed down the carpet.

3.  Jenna Elfman – the MOM FASHION STANDOUT!

If you’re going to be 7 months pregnant at an awards show, you want to look like Jenna.  Her A-Symmetrical gown was stunning.  When you’re pregnant… you know, darker colors are your best friend because they conceal.  Well – Jenna embraced this black dress and just displayed her beautiful belly proudly.  I absolutely thought she was breathtaking… especially with her gold cuff and earrings.  Simple, gorgeous and oh-so-elegant.
