Shoes for a Birthday Party (with 20+ kids)

Today was William and Alexander’s birthday party. They were each allowed to invite a couple of buddies from school, their cousins and best buds from childhood. I’m going to be honest, I was as stressed as can be yesterday getting ready for this. It’s not easy hosting a birthday party for 28 little kids… never mind at your own house!
Fast forward to post-party. It was an awesome day! The kids all had a blast. They played on the swingset, did science experiments, played wonderball, had pizza and cake and worked on 2 pinatas with their friends!

So what’s a mom to wear to one of these parties… ?
Comfort in fashion is key, mostly for our feet. I spent half of the party chasing my Henry and Benjamin around.
What to wear on your feet?
Here are my recommendations (I wore Skechers):
Always wear comfy shoes to a party. You will be running around just like the kids.
