Sunday Football: Tackle Tailgating with Pork GIVEAWAY!

If you know a little something about me, you probably know that my husband LOVES football. My husband is a HUGE Steelers fan. And considering we live in New England, where people decorate their houses in red, white and blue during the season… it takes a lot of (you know what) to be a visible fan of any other team. But he’s got black and gold pumping through his veins (and he’s trying to convince our sons to be the same way).

He’s even gotten me to take the plunge…

And every GAME DAY my husband makes a feast! Pork Tenderloin is a GAME DAY staple. Instead of a higher fat Kielbasa (which is reserved for play-off and Superbowl appearances) he cooks a pork tenderloin or two on a bed of sauerkraut and chops up potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and sweet potatoes. He loves it because it’s delicious and a great source of protein and it’s very low in fat. Every time the Steelers are on, we can expect his healthier twist to a Game Day tradition! I have to admit, I absolutely LOVE it, too! I add a little mustard and I’m in food-heaven.

Which brings me to my Tackle Tailgating with Pork GIVEAWAY! Celebrity Chef Michael Symon is helping football lovers (and fanatics!) tackle tailgating with pork this season!

I’m really excited to be giving away this amazing PRIZE:

- Gift card to a local retailer (to purchase the pork)
- Cooler
- Grilling utensils
- An “I Heart Pork” apron (absolutely LOVE!)
- Digital Thermometer
- Autographed copy of Michael Symon’s Live to Cook (this book is AMAZING!)

Seriously… Live to Cook is AWESOME!

So get yourself a little more prepared for Tailgating season (at home or at the field) with Michael Symon!

How can you WIN?
