There’s so much to do in New England in the winter. It’s the way I was brought up, and the way I’ve chosen to raise my own family. Not to mention, it’s cold in New England. Bitter cold, especially the more north you go in the winter.

So what’s a lady to do when her back starts hurting (mostly when I wake up in the morning)?

I haven’t had much luck in trying to find any relief for my back aches. It’s something that doesn’t happen too often, but when it does, it’s tough to even get out of bed! My sons think I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. My back starts to ache and I literally have to lay there, trying to stretch out until I can get myself upright. It was really bad a couple of weeks ago after I helped my husband shovel our driveway for 45 minutes! I don’t know how he walking away unscathed. ;)
