Healthy Weekly Meal Plan – January 28-February 3

Healthy Weekly Meal Plan. This week from January 28-February 3 I’m all about meal planning and keeping myself ready for the week ahead. Right now I’m doing it for weight loss, this is something that’s really top of mind for me right now. Weekly Meal Plans for Weight Loss has been something that is really important for me to do because I need to be accountable and do what I can. Healthy Weekly Meal Plan is something that I really believe in and what to make sure that I take care of every single week.

Healthy Weekly Meal Plan

Healthy Weekly Meal Plan

So what’s on the agenda this week? Since I’m super busy, I need to make sure that I’m picking healthy meals that are practical and doable for me to make. I can’t be picking things that are super crazy or involved because I just will give up and won’t do it. This is NOT what I want to happen because I’m set on making sure I stick with this plan. I’m a little late getting this post up, so I’ll make it quick.

Healthy Weekly Meal Plan

Here’s what I’m planning for dinner this week of Jan 28 – Feb 3rd:

Monday: Baked ziti and summer veggies (and garlic bread for Brian)

Tuesday: Roasted chicken, broccoli and risotto (and corn bread for Brian)

Wednesday: Honey mustard chickenbroccoli and sweet potato fries

Thursday: Skinny Cajun chicken penne (and garlic bread for Brian)

Friday: We usually go out to eat with my parents, so this will be a dining-out night

For the weekend, I will have leftovers from the week.

Healthy Weekly Meal Plan Needs to Have Exercise

The exercise part of my get fit plan still hasn’t come together, so I really have to work on it this week. Here’s what I have planned:

Monday: 30 minutes on the bike, Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred on Gaiam TV

Tuesday: Swimming

Wednesday: Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred on Gaiam TV

Thursday: yoga

Friday: swimming

Saturday: Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred on Gaiam TV, yoga

Sunday: 45 minutes on the bike, yoga

It’s not always easy to fit everything in, but I’m trying and that’s the BIG thing here. I need to make sure I’m doing everything I ca. I also need to make sure I have someone to do it with me and I love that Brian is helping me out. I know that he sees my drive and dedication. I know he sees my determination to keep going, so I love that he’s joined me team in making sure that my Healthy Weekly Meal Plan stays in place and that I keep on it.

I would love to hear what you do during the week.

What meals work for you? How do you prep? Do you make everything on the weekend and freeze? How do you make sure you stick with it?

What about exercise? Are you able to get to the gym every single night? How do you keep yourself going and accountable? What do you do to ensure you stay on course and don’t give up?

Any tips and advice would be appreciated because I’m dying to make sure I stick with this for myself!!
