When it comes to fixing my hair on-the-go, I usually turn to 2 things – my flat iron or my Velcro curlers.
Velcro curlers are the perfect item to toss in your hair, and just go about doing things around the house (because you really don’t want to be seen out with them!). I usually keep the curlers in for about an hour. The longer… the better, but sometimes I just don’t have the time.
(Inside secret – my mother sleeps with 2 of them, one of them pulling up the side sections of her hair to the top, and one more gathering a section of hair in the back. Neither interferes with her sleep because they are attached more at the top of her head. The rest she pulls into a low pony tail. In the morning, instant hair day!)
I have to admit, I was in the drug store today and impulse bought some velcro rollers so I could try this out! I have hair just like yours and would LOVE an alternative on those days I just don’t have the time to flat iron. I’ll let you know how it works out!
I just realized that even tho I have short hair, the long pieces in front could totally do with some velcro rollers! my hair is frizz city too, and as i grow it out it’s not flipping out or looking cute AT ALL. Thanks for the tip!
Between this and the blog earlier in the year about having a “go-to” outfit I am going to be able to look good even on rushed mornings at Kindergarten drop-off. =) Thanks!
