2009 Summer Fashion Trends

Floral prints are making a huge “splash” this summer. A floral print gives you the look of elegance and fun, all wrapped into one clothing item. I have to be honest with you, I don’t have any dresses/tops/skirts with a floral print. When I saw how beautiful the options were out there — I knew I needed to find something.

Here are some of my favorite finds:

GAP’s Floral Flowy Ruffle Front Dress

Floral Split-Neck Shift Dress

Merona Collection Bow Floral Shirt Dress

Lands’ End’s City Weekend Chino Skort

Macy’s JM Collection Floral Print Sleeveless Linen Wrap Dress

I love that first dress, especially because it looks like I could pass it off as a maternity dress.

Great post! I think that I fancy the second picture the most. Love that it’s not too fluffy or stuffy. 🙂 I’m generally not a fan of floral prints on anything, (clothes, purses, home decor), but even I got into the spirit of things this Spring/Summer by purchasing 3 floral tops! One is on clearance at Kohls and two are from good ol’ Old Navy. They aren’t too girlie-girl, but just fun enough for the warm weather months!
