Chicago Cutlery Landmark Forged 8” Chef Knife
I’ll be the first to admit, I’m not a chef. I’m not a chef AT ALL.
Sure I can cook, but there are certain tasks in the kitchen I avoid like the plague or pass off on my husband. On the top of that list is cutting vegetable, or anything for that matter. I guess that’s because a slip up could cost me a finger! When Matt’s not around, I can be seen using a small paring knife to do my slicing and dicing. I know, probably more dangerous than using a “big” knife.
Recently things changed… I was sent an 8” Landmark Forged Chef’s Knife from Chicago Cutlery.
Immediately I was impressed with not only the styling of the polymer and stainless steel handle, but also by the way it felt in my hand. I gave it a try and couldn’t believe how easily it cut my onions, carrots and Celery (I was making chicken soup). It is now my go to knife! The paring knife has returned to the drawer to be used for whatever a paring knife is supposed to be used for!
I need to come over and try this out!
