The Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Style Squad hit The Lake and Stars presentation today!

Nikki Dekker and Maayan Zilberman the forces behind The Lake and Stars took a moment to tell me what inspired them about their Fall 2011 collection…

And then I had the chance to walk around and see their incredible (incredible!) presentation. The room was filled with style editors, all buzzing over the beauty, the sophistication and the seductiveness of the Fall 2011 collection.

Personally, I loved how Nikki and Maayan mixed fabrics, textures and colors, truly bringing together lingerie and architecture, something that I never would have thought would go together. You could see their inspiration through their collection.

Everything worked beautifully… the makeup and hair matched the lingerie BEAUTIFULLY! The hair was total-chic-bed-head. And the makeup, the most luxurious of peachy orange on the lips. It stood out immediately as I entered the room, just perfection.

It was a wonderful presentation… filled with the passion of fashion. And Ecco Domani had delicious wine flowing for all of the guests!
