I’m pretty particular about my workout clothing.

First and foremost, I need comfort. I can’t be worrying about my clothes being too tight, too loose or just a poor fit in general.

I also need clothes that will keep me dry. I sweat… a lot. And if I’m wearing gear that’s not made of wicking fabric, the clothes just feel heavy and wet and uncomfortable.

And I need the clothes that I like to wear. It may not be the most important thing, but I want my workout gear to look stylish.

Basically, I need to be able to move around easily in cute clothes that stay in place and keep me dry. And Mizuno fitness apparel fits the bill.

I am in LOVE with the Mizuno Women’s Meridian Running Capri. The fit is perfect. The length is perfect. The material is perfect. These capri pants move with me and don’t get in my way, so I don’t even have to think about them while I’m working out.

Mizuno included a lot of smart features in these Capri pants, such as:

• DryLite™ moisture management fabric for increased comfort
• Elastic waist with drawcord
• Reflective logo and back accents
• UPF 50+

These are running pants (there’s even a little inside pocket for a key or anything small you need to carry), but they can easily be worn for many other activities, too. I wore mine to yoga class and they were great for that.

The top I have is the Mizuno Meridian Tee in Shocking Pink. Like the Capri pants, the fit is perfect. It moves with me but isn’t too baggy; it’s form-fitting but not constricting. It’s made of super soft polyester with the Drylite™ moisture management fabric, which is key for comfort!

Some of the other features I love include:

• Anti-abrasion labeling
• Reflective logo and back accents
• UPF 50+

Mizuno was founded in Japan  in 1906, so it has a long history as a sporting brand. However, this is my first time trying Mizuno apparel and I have to say, I’m a huge fan!
