Obsessed: Lands’ End “The Classifieds”

You know I’m obsessed with a good fashion sale, right?

I’ve become addicted and absolutely-positively LOVE sharing all of this with you.

So let me start my daily fashion post off with this statement, I’m not a gambler.

As a matter of fact, the one time my husband and I did go gambling together in Atlantic City… 5 cent slots mind you… every time we were up $5, I kept saying – “OK! Cash out!” I may be a risk taker in many aspects of my life, but with casinos, I’m so not.

My next best thing?

Lands’ End came up with this amazing “The Classifieds” section on their Lands’ End Canvas e-store and I have become a fashion-gambling-machine. Literally… I’m obsessed with “The Classifieds.”

First… let me tell you what it is…

On Saturday, Lands’ End Canvas will put out items that are on sale. It’s pretty straight forward. You see what’s available on Saturday, you see the prices, you see what sizes/colors are available and you start to make your “wish list.”

And well… then the fun begins.

Every 2 days, the prices drop.

But! The catch is… you have to make the choice to buy the item at the present cost, or risk it another 2 days for a more discounted price. By Friday… everything is 75% OFF! But will your item still be available on the size you need and the color you want?

See the game here!?

Oh, it’s so much fun!

Let me show you what I did this week…

I’m OBSESSED with Lands’ End Canvas Gingham Blouses…

On Saturday they were $19.99... I risked waiting till Monday and got this one for $15!

Now… there are 2 more I love, but I’m going to risk it and wait it out till tomorrow where they will be $10!

It’s such a fun fashion game and I think it’s GENIUS!
