We’re all about tradition in our family. It’s something I love and something I make sure I’m instilling within my sons.
So… Halloween.
It’s been a tradition in the McClelland family (for the last 3 years) to attend the Roger Williams Zoo Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular!
It’s something we’ve been going to since Henry was a baby! And it’s something that my oldest sons – William and Alexander – start asking about in June. It’s exciting and fun and spooky and just gets you in the Halloween mood.
This year was exceptional!
The theme of this year’s show was “A Journey Around the World.” It was so cool to walk through the Spectacular and seeing the Seven Wonders of the World. There was even SNOW a some holiday cheer (talk about getting you in the mood)!
And of course the famed centerpiece of the display, the “Laughing Tree,” will be back in all its spooky splendor.
We just had the most special and remarkable time!
If you’re in Rhode Island now through Halloween… you must check it out!
