While in California last week, I got to attend the Disney Consumer Product’s glamorous Cinderella Showcase Dinner at The London Hotel in Los Angeles to experience the new assortment of products celebrating the upcoming October release of Walt Disney’s classic animated film Cinderella on Blu-ray.

Even before dinner began, we got the royal treatment! Our makeup was done with Cinderella-inspired cosmetics from Sephora. While it won’t actually debut until the Spring of 2013, make sure you are on the look out for the Disney Reigning Beauties Cinderella Collection by Sephora.

I wish I thought to take a photo at the time, but even the eyeshadow pallet cover had Cinderella’s coach on it. Love! And did I mention the nail polish? Look for a set of six coming soon to Sephora by OPI – with colors So Totally Enchanted, Step Off Sister, I Blue My Curfew, Rags to Rhinestones, Self-Maid Millionaire and my favorite Bibbidi, Bobbidi, Pink! So excited to have these adorable new nail colors.

After our makeup was done, we were shown some beautiful pieces from the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Jewels collection and allowed to pick a bracelet, necklace or pair of earrings. Each piece was stunning (and oh so sparkly) … making it a tough choice. I ended up putting on the necklace and feeling just like Cinderella.

During dinner, we viewed a special fashion show including not only children’s Cinderella inspired fashions (to be found soon at the Disney Store and Old Navy), but even a line for adults! The Cinderella Fashion Adult top from the Disney Store below was my favorite because of the rhinestone detail.

Even Stride Rite is going crazy for Disney Princess with their own line of sparkly girls shoes! From flip flops, to sneakers, to a winter boot, your princess can find something for any kind of weather. I may not have a little girl of my own, but the Aurora sneaker below is definitely cute. It lights up with each step your little princess takes.

My newest obsession is the Disney Cinderella tumbler from Tervis.

With an easy-open snap lid, it is large enough to fit ice cubes (holds 24oz!), fits in my truck cup holder and is made so it reduces condensation/sweating on the outside of the tumbler! I take this everywhere with me now! Next time you see me at the gym, my Cinderella tumbler will be in tow.
There are just so many different Cinderella inspired products that I wish I could highlight ALL of them here! For now I will leave you will my favorite piece that came home from California with me. Swirling Lights Cinderella.

The little girl in me would have done just about anything for a doll like this as a child. Having only boys at home, this beautiful Cinderella doll will be going to another little girl (for Christmas) who is very near and dear to my heart. Though my boys would never admit it, even they were mesmerized by the way Cinderella’s dress lights up and sparkles in the package when you press her blue necklace. Music plays as the dress lights up, making it feel magical. And she even comes with a pair of little glass slippers!
Disney has outdone themselves for sure with all things Cinderella! I see a Cinderella holiday season in lots of little girls (and big girls) futures.
