With one boy in junior high and three in elementary school we have been wanting to get a family computer. The plan is to put it in the corner of our kitchen too! Let’s see our home computer is at least ten years old, but we’ve had some techie friends give it new life last year. I would love to introduce this lovely piece of technology to my children. My birthday is Friday Jan 4th, so this would be the first and best gift I have had in 7 yrs! literally! My only internet right now is a broken down 3xs rebuilt HP Laptop. 2 months ago the USB ports wore out so now I cannot even download or upload anything or use a mouse!! it has been not fun. To be honest, I have been battling inoperable spinal tumors for 5 yrs now and at this point spend more than half the day in bed. But I am also self supporting, so I have to work from home. Winning this would totally change the way I am able to get things done, and make it much easier to accomplish more on a daily basis! I love the footprint of this pc… Would love to review one! This HP ENVY would be a wonderful replacement for my very old Dell desktop. My Dell is 8-years old and has become so outdated that it just doesn’t work the same anymore. I would love to win the HP ENVY TouchSmart 23. My very old computer broke down before Christmas and I missed being able to skype with my family who live in Australia. It is not the same just talking on the phone. I love seeing their faces. My granddaughters especially love to show me things they have made or book they are reading. This is a must have for me to have for my children. I am deaf and it’s easy for me to show my children the computer by touching the screen and sign to them at the same time. My husband hogs the computer and I need a computer for my children for their school work. I will love to set up one for my children so that I can help them with their homework/school work.
