Daily Diary: It’s COLD in NYC.
I should say, it’s cold everywhere!
Last night I met a very good family friend out to dinner with my mother. We were literally 8 blocks from our hotel. As we finished up dinner, I said to my mom, “Let’s just walk back. It will be good to get some fresh air.”
As we went outside, all I could feel was the BITTER COLD. It wasn’t cold. It was cold, cold.
And the kicker was… I couldn’t zip my coat!
Let’s put it this way, we grabbed a bad home.

Are you crazy? LOL. Sad part is, up until my surgery this week, I couldn’t zip my North Face Parka. So I was always freezing. Good news is that I am laid up now so I get to watch everyone else talk about the freezing temps as I sit under a blanket. Woot. 🙂
