Mom Challenge: A Good Night Sleep

Every week, my partner Vera and I challenge moms to do something for themselves. Why do we do this? Easy. Because life is so crazy these days that sometimes WE FALL BETWEEN THE CRACKS. It happens – more often than we’d like to admit. This is our check in point together and this post is an official request to get our readers on board with us as well.

This week’s Mom Challenge is all about getting a good night’s sleep.

Moms have a lot on their plate — we know this better than anyone else. Be sure to get at least 8 hours (or as best as you can!) Mom Challengea night for the next 7 days. AND ONE MORE THING — take note of how you feel in the morning. Do you see a difference in your day? Are you able to function a bit better? Is the proper amount of sleep improving your mood?
