If you’re like me and live a busy life, you’re always looking for solutions to make it easier. With 5 kids, working full time and trying to maintain a healthy balance of work/play/family, I love hearing about things that can make certain areas of my life more convenient and more practical.

I’ve got the mom thing down. My William, Alex, Ben, Henry and Victoria are the LOVES of my life.

And I’ve got the home thing down. My husband and I do the best we can keeping up with the crazy-good-chaos of our life. Just like with every family, it’s the house/daily stuff that can get overwhelming – the cleaning, the organizing, the cooking, the shopping and the laundry. If these things don’t get done, oh, man… it can get crazy.

I’ll never forget when I lived in NYC in my early 20’s with my boyfriend (now my husband). We didn’t have a washer or dryer in our apartment. I had never had that before. Even my college dorm had a washer and dryer in the facility. All our laundry had to be sent out, along with all of our dry cleaning. Since I was working for Donna Karan in NYC, you can imagine how much dry cleaning I had each week. When we finally moved to Rhode Island, my house had a washer and dryer. I had forgotten how convenient and easy it was to have a washer and dryer in MY home. All of a sudden, there wasn’t any laundry and bags and heading down the street.

Fast forward 8 years, I now have that excited, giddy feeling about the SWASH system in my house. I’ve been using the SWASH system for a solid month now and I love it. I can dewrinkle, refresh, restore and preserve all my clothes.

I love that I don’t have to dry clean, iron or steam anymore! It’s THAT good.

This is the beauty of where we are now with appliances and technology, we can do this from our homes. With the press of a button, everything can be taken care of for you, AT HOME. There’s no leaving. There’s no paying every trip. There’s no waiting until the pile is full to bring them in. It’s truly amazing.
