We’re a family that loves to travel to Orlando, but we also love to be able to stay together at a resort… not divide up (since we’re such a big family!). The Encantada Resort was simple incredible to stay at because we could easily stay here together without a hesitation! Encantada Resort is right IN Orlando and just perfection! But let me start from the beginning as to how I found out about this amazing resort!

Disney World is a destination that my family loves to visit. It’s a quick 3 hour flight from Rhode Island and it truly is such a magical place for our entire family. As a family of 7, it’s sometimes difficult to find a lodging place that will suit all of our needs. With 5 kids, I absolutely want to have a resort that will allow my kids room to play and feel comfortable in, but I also want to find a destination that is close to the parks! One thing I love doing is finding gems that I can then use later on with my family. For me, there’s nothing better! I love experiencing on my own and them being able to bring my family in on it, too!
This past February when I ran the Disney 1/2 Marathon with my girlfriends Nadia and Natalie, I had the amazing opportunity to stay with them at the Encantada Resort in Kissimmee. The Encantada Resort is filled with gorgeous and luxurious vacation town homes that truly make being away, feel like home. It was a tropical paradise that really made our trip extra special.

Each townhouse comes prepped for you and your family! Cable TV, a refrigerator, washer, dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, all linens, towels and furniture. There’s a sofa sleeper and full kitchen, which equally allow you to maximize the value. You have your own private, screened in pool or jacuzzi and there is free wifi, a games room with arcade, fitness centre and Romy’s Bistro wine bar. For kids, there’s a fun and colorful playground to enjoy!
But here’s another GREAT part… it’s close to the theme parks, restaurants and grocery stores.They have a personal concierge service and is a private gated community and only minutes from Disney Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.
