My kids are off to school today! I can’t believe it. I don’t know where the summer went! I wanted to wear something “dressy,” but also kind of casual today for drop-off. Since I’m still all about the shorts right now, but totally all about the booties right now… I thought I’d combine the two! Not to mention, I wanted to add a little fashion pop with a bright color and a pattern (LEOPARD… can you hear me ROAR!?).

I have to admit, this outfit was really comfortable and got thumbs up all around from my guys. And NO JOKE, Victoria actually said, “Your hat is beautiful, Mommmy!” So that’s a good thing!

My blouse and belt are from cabi. I’m obsessed with my Reign Blouse from cabi. I wear it all the time because I love, love, love the pop of color it offers! I can wear it with just about anything and it makes an outfit go POW! Also, my leopard Kipling Belt from cabi is my FAVORITE right now! I don’t wear any other belt! LOL… it’s my go-to. My fave look with it is a white tee and just plain ole jeans. It’s a cute, trendy and easy look!

And then… my booties! Booties are going to be the hot trend in fall boots this year! You WANT to grab a pair! I just bought this Nine West Jupiter Chelsea Booties at DSW the other night! Remember my video? The boys gave my all of 10 minutes! 😉

My jean shorts and my denim blazer are both from T.J.Maxx! I found these last season and just get tons of use out of them! I’m in love with these shorts because they’re the perfect length for me. Not too long, not too short. I’m 5 feet, so I need to make sure I’m finding the perfect length!
