Today I’m grateful for my best friend Vera Sweeney.

She’s not only my best friend, but my business partner, too.

Vera came to Providence today because we have an event tomorrow in Boston with Staples. We don’t get to actually SEE each other too often, but we talk about 100 times a day! The one thing that I am truly grateful for when it comes to Vera is that she just loves me for me.

I’m 10000% myself when I’m with her.

I love that I can pick her up at the train station in sweats, no makeup and a bun on my head.
I love that I don’t have to worry about cleaning my house before she comes.
I love that I can just be me.

I don’t have to impress her. I don’t have to charm her. I don’t have to be anyone I’m not.

I’m grateful for a friendship like that… when the veil is down and the person knows the REAL you, they love that person and accept that person.

Not to mention, she makes me belly laugh – which is always a bonus!
