This 100 Layers trend is taking YouTube by storm. It’s everywhere. 100 layers of something. Toilet paper. Paper towels. Makeup. EVERYTHING. Is it weird? YES. It is insane? YES. It’s absolutely crazy. My initial thoughts? Kind of weird.
Kind of crazy. Kind of nuts. And so – I kind of needed to try it out. Pronto. First order of business? What 100 layers do I want to do? I chose mascara. I figured it would be a HUGE BLARING difference after 50 layers, never mind 100 layers of mascara.

OK, so what did you think? I definitely saw a difference. It wasn’t as crazy as I thought it would be, but you can definitely tell. Just so you know – getting it OFF was crazy. I feel like I had it on for days and days and days. Every single time I thought it was off, I would rub my eyes and then have the black makeup smudges all over the bottom of my eyes. It was AWFUL! So my big concern about doing the 100 layers of mascara challenge, just be ready with some heavy duty eye makeup remover. You will be using it for days! I’m telling you – DAYS.
