1. How To Enter: Promotion will take place from 12:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 17, 2016 through 1:00pm ET on November 17, 2016 (“Promotion Period”). To enter for a chance to receive a prize during the Promotion Period, RSVP to the Twitter chat by following @Lactaid and following the RSVP directions at . All entries must be received between November 11, 2016 at 9:00am ET and November 17, 2016 at 12:00pm ET to be eligible. Limit one (1) RSVP entry per person/Twitter handle. Multiple entries will be void. If an entrant is found to be entering with more than one Twitter handle, all entries submitted by such entrant will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void.

2. Eligibility: Promotion is open to legal residents of all 50 States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, Getting Gorgeous, LLC, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor and judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters.

3. Drawing/Winner Notification and Validation: Potential prize winners will be randomly selected throughout the Promotion Period from all eligible individuals who RSVP’d to the Twitter chat. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Twitter through a Direct Message (DM) and will have 24 hours to confirm receipt of the winner notification DM. If any potential winner does not reply within 24 hours, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, Twitter user name, address (city and state), photograph (including, without limitation, Twitter profile photo), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, announcing winner’s name on the website) without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

4. Prize: Terms and conditions apply to use of gift card. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified as included in the prize. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Coupon(s) is subject to the following terms and conditions: Coupon expires January 31, 2017. Consumer: Limit one coupon per purchase of specified product(s). Coupon cannot be bought, transferred or sold. Retailer: We will reimburse you for the face value of this coupon plus 8¢ for handling if it is used in accordance with the offer stated herein. Total ARV of each runner-up prize: $95.85. Total ARV of runner-up prizes: $287.55
c. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $438.39

5. General Conditions: By entering, you agree to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Getting Gorgeous, LLC, Twitter, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees of each (collectively, “Released Parties”) from all claims or damages arising out of your participation in this promotion and/or acceptance, ownership or use of the prize. If for any reason any portion of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, Getting Gorgeous, LLC and Sponsor reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process, and to award the prize among non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

6. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, Tweets or emails; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.
