When we announced to the boys that we were going on the Disney Fantasy, the 1st thing they did was google the FANTASY! Hundreds of photos popped up immediately, but there was one thing that stuck out to them — AQUA DUCK WATER SLIDE!! This was the most amount of fun for my kids!

Aqua Duck Water Slide

Oh, yes… the Aqua Duck. As soon as you step foot on the Disney Fantasy Cruise ship, you see the Aqua Duck Water Slide! It’s something that all my sons starting pointing at immediately! Not only that – it goes right over the water! Talk about a child’s dream come true for a water slide!

What is the Aqua Duck Water Slide (besides a dream come true for a kid)?

The AquaDuck is a 765′ water roller coaster slide. Guests ride either single or double in a raft on a stream of water through a mostly clear tube. From the start on deck 16 the course takes a quick loop over the side of the ship, then down the port side, around the forward funnel, back down the starboard side and around the aft funnel before ending on deck 12.

It is – in a word – AWESOME! I’m telling you – it’s something that YOU are going to want to try, too! Don’t just let the kids have all the fun! It’s a fun time and the kids and adults were going crazy over it!

My sons and husband took a GoPro along for the ride!! It made me laugh to see them (and hear them!!)! This is the best footage! Check it out! They were freezing and still were having the time of their lives on it!
