SPRING HAS SPRUNG and finally you can ask the question What to Wear in 60 Degree Weather! I’m so glad it’s here! It’s been a long winter and I’m thrilled to see the snow off the ground. I’m done with boots and hats and gloves and scarves. I need my spring and summer clothes out now! I have to say – I love my tiny state of Rhode Island – but the weather here isn’t my favorite! I wish for warm days year round, but it’s just not how it is here! I’m all about spring styles right now and it’s something I crave in the middle of January! Now that we’re getting to that time, I’m excited to share some of my faves!
What to Wear in 60 Degree Weather
J.Crew is a destination I frequent quite a lot! I love it so much because the clothing is elegant, classic and beautiful. It doesn’t matter if you get a tee shirt or a dress, you feel beautiful in everything! When it’s 60 degrees here in Rhode Island the jackets go away and I’m all about bringing out some colorful clothing! This outfit is great because it’s super easy to put together. Spring styles are super fun and it’s something that is great – especially when you’ve been looking forward to this time of year for months!
I’m all about finding styles and fashions that fit into my spring routine and that usually means (THANK GOD) no coat! Since I like to dress up for work as much as I can – I always love to add in a few new items on the “dressy” side of things for the season. I really want skirts to become a fun go to for me, so it’s great to find some gems and stick with them!
The question for most New Englanders “What to Wear in 60 Degree Weather?” is an easy one to answer when you know what you like to wear. Florals are usually the pattern I will go with during this time of year because it makes me happy and feel good! Flowers mean BLOOM and I’m all about trying to make this time of year BLOOM into something fabulous!

At 60 degrees you don’t need a heavy coat but in Colorado you do need a jacket to keep the wind off. I like the denim jacket.
These are cute looks, and it is so nice to see the thermometer hit “60” here and there. I find I need to figure out how to do layers that I need when starting out, then shed later when it warms up.
In South Florida, 60 degrees is cool to us! Boots and a light jacket or sweater for 50 – 60 degree weather here. The floral dress is cute. The polka dot sweater not so much.
I love warmer weather. 🙂 I get to wear skirts and dresses
You look great! I love all the outfits!
Love these outfits!
When it get’s above 50 degrees here, I start wearing shorts, t-shirts, and flip flops. It is warm here for such a short time…that 50 degrees feels like a heatwave when coming out of winter!
