Yes… all that right there. The Magic Kingdom is decked from top to bottom in full Halloween decor mode and it’s thrillingly fun to see it all!

Get your favorite costume ready and make your plans to live it up—collecting candies, sweets and delightful treats—all while Magic Kingdom park thrills and chills you with special fireworks, eerie entertainment and Disney Characters that go bump in the night. Disney truly makes this evening super special and keeps you moving and laughing and enjoying throughout the entire time!

After experiencing Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party up close and personal I want to share 5 of my pro tips for the magical evening. It’s definitely something you don’t want to miss, so love for you to keep in mind what I’m sharing as you prep to experience the Halloween magic at Disney World!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Tips:

Tip #1: Make sure you dress up! I’m not kidding when I say this, but you will look stranger NOT dressed up! Everyone is walking around in something festive and fun and magical. I would’ve taken photos all night of just the guests in costumes. We all decided as a bunch of ladies to go as Disney characters. It was so much fun to see so many of the girls Disneybounding during the event! It’s my fave thing to do with my daughter.

I opted to go as Sleeping Beauty because she’s one of my daughter’s favorite Disney princesses. Not to mention, we both love the color pink. I knew this Disneybound would be Victoria approved! She wanted me to originally go as Snow White, but then decided Sleeping Beauty was best! 🙂

(Everyone keeps asking me where I got my tutu, I found it on Amazon for $23.99!)

Tip #2: You’re going to get a ton of candy while ‘trick or treating’ to the different and various destinations throughout the Park. Make sure you STOP by the GoGoSqueez station in Tomorrowland and grab some yummy and healthy treats for you and your family! GoGoSqueez was an amazing sponsor of our Permission to Hustle Retreat and we think it’s such an incredible idea for them to be there as a healthy option for kids during the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party!

Also, if you have a food allergy, please see a Cast Member to pick up a teal-colored treat bag. When you trick-or-treat with your teal bag, you’ll receive a teal token at our treat stations. Later on, you can redeem these teal tokens at our Allergy-Friendly Centers for your special treats!

Tip #3: Head there with your family or a group of friends who you will have a total blast with throughout the entire Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! This is key! I went with a bunch of women from our Retreat and it was so much fun walking around and laughing and (honestly) just feeling like a kid again on Halloween! It was a total and utter blast to have such a fun pack of people to walk around with throughout the night!

Whenever we had the chance to stop, we did! These photos are crystal clear and so amazing! You will love looking back and being happy that you stopped to get a quick pic! It’s worth it, I promise!
