We all want to have the best day ever. We all want to do what we can to make sure we have a successful day. I’m sharing things you do in the morning to make sure your day is organized, successful and happy. It doesn’t take much, but it’s important to make sure you do what you can to set yourself up for the best day.

Do you want to have a great day? Do you wake up ready for a fantastic day ahead? Your mindset is important for a great day, but you can also do things in the morning to make sure you’re setting yourself up as best as possible. I know these strategies have worked for me, so I’m hoping they work for you, too! I’m all about things you do in the morning to push you towards the BEST DAY!

I’m going to share things you do in the morning to ensure a GREAT DAY! You want to be able to align yourself up with the greatest probability to make it happen. It’s also important to note that if you have kids, they live by example. Many times how YOU are in the morning trickles down to them, too.

Working Out – It’s one of the best things you can do in the morning to get your blood pumping! It’s a way to feel more awake. It’s a way to feel more alive. It’s a way for you to get yourself set up for a great day. There’s nothing like feeling you’re doing something good for yourself at the beginning of the day.

Morning Drink Boost – Whether you’re drinking coffee or a green smoothie or water with lemon, it’s important to have your go to drink. When you wake up and drink something that is infused with a shot of energy, it’s a great way to start the day. I’m a coffee drinker, so I need caffeine to get me going. Everyone has their drink of choice to get them UP and moving.

Shower Time – Sometimes the best thing you can do is wake yourself up with a morning shower! I’m someone who loves to shower in the morning because it’s a great booster to additionally wake me up! I’m a hot water girl, but I know some people who need a jolt of cold water!

Meditate – The one thing that I feel like the most successful people in the world do in the morning is meditate. They take the time to breathe in what they’re grateful for. They take a moment to give themselves time to reset for the new day ahead. You don’t need to do this for an hour (you can if you want), even just 5 minutes before you get up helps.

Morning Playlist – Music gets your soul excited and moving! Create a morning playlist that you can listen to as you’re working out or making coffee or just setting up your day. There’s nothing like grooving and rocking and rolling to some morning times. These are things you do in the morning for YOU! Kick off that dance party!

Grateful Journal – This is something I used to do when I was younger and want to start doing again. As you wake up every morning, jot down in a journal by your bed 3 things you’re grateful for. Start your day off with some happiness and show yourself what truly feeds your soul. Maybe it was a good night’s sleep. Maybe it’s listening to the rain. Just list out 3 things .

If you noticed I didn’t mention watching the news OR scouring through social media. I feel like these 2 things are great to do, but many times don’t lift you up. I really wanted to include things that you could do that would ONLY bring you happiness and joy.

If watching the morning news or scouring social media brings you joy and happiness, by ALL means – add it in. I know for many people the news isn’t bringing happiness of joy. Only do things in the morning for YOU that you know will make you HAPPY as can be. Be mindful of that and keep yourself held to that, too.
