7 Days of Ponytail Hairstyles

If you’re looking for some back to school hairstyles, I’ve got 7 Days of Ponytail Hairstyles for you! I’m all about updos for back to school to keep hair out of my daughter’s face. As much as she likes a basic ponytail (and I do, too), it’s also fun to “jazz” it up a bit.

7 Days of Ponytail Hairstyles for Girls

I created 7 days of ponytail hairstyles for you to check out. These ponytail hairstyles are for any level. I’m definitely not a hair expert or professional, I just love to do different styles on my daughter’s hair for fun. She always gets a kick out of them and it’s time for us to be together.

I never create hairstyles that are too difficult. I feel like (especially with kids) nobody wants to sit and have their hair done for a long time. I know it’s tough to get kids to sit still, period! When I do create hairstyles for her I like to be quick and easy. I hope these styles are doable for you and if you have any questions you can ask me!

7 Days of Ponytail Hairstyles for you:

I’ll break down each style below for you:7 Days of Ponytail Hairstyles for Girls

Monday: Wrap Around the Pony Ponytail is super cute and easy. Just take a section of the hair and wrap it around the ponytail. Elastic band it at the end and you’ve got a chic look!

Tuesday: Braid Wrap Ponytail for the win. I love this one because it’s so simple and cute. Take a small section of the ponytail and braid it down. Take that braided section and wrap it around the base of your ponytail. Elastic band that in place and you’re good to go!

Wednesday: Inside Out Ponytail is super fun. Take the ponytail and divide into 2 sections and add an elastic band right on the bottom. Then just start taking the sections of hair and keep popping them in and out from each other. It’s such a fun style to do and so cute to have at the end.

Thursday: Twist Hair Over Ponytail is quick and cute. I love this one because it looks so chic and elegant. It’s also so easy to do, but will require a little helping hand while you’re creating this style.

Friday: Knotted Ponytail looks awesome on any woman! Take the top section of the ponytail and (literally) knot it underneath and on top of the ponytail. It’s almost like you’re securing it into place. I love this style because it’s fun to create for any kind of occasion.

Saturday: No Elastic Ponytail can be adorable to do! I love this style because it is so simple and can be done without ANY elastic bands! I think it’s one of those styles that people can create anywhere because it’s just EASY. You literally twist the hair on the right and on the left. This one you’re going to have to watch the video a couple of times to get it.

Sunday: Simple Hair Wrap Ponytail is a classic. Pop your hair into a ponytail and then take a top section and loop it around the base. Secure into place with an elastic band or bobby pin. I love this style because it’s so chic and elegant and pretty!
