On Mother’s Day during dinner, we played a little game with the kids.

“How well do you know your mother?”

I asked them 10 questions…

1. My favorite ice cream?
2. What color is my hair dryer?
3. What do I drink every morning?
4. When is my birthday?
5. What order am I in my own family?
6. Where did I meet Dad?
7. What chore do I hate doing?
8. What’s my middle name (they could list my real one or my maiden name)?
9. My favorite donut?
10. What’s the name of my blog?

I felt like they should (at least) know a good amount of these.

They actually nailed them all!

My squad. I can’t tell you how much fun and laughter we had while we were playing. It – of course – opening up the flood gates for playing with everyone. It was a ton of fun and it made my night!

Sometimes it’s just cool to see how well your kids know you.
