I am love-love-loving this! On December 5th, Head & Shoulders unveiled their Good Girlfriend Guide, an e-manual of girlfriend-to-girlfriend advice tackling ‘head-scratching’ behaviors from beauty and fashion faux pas to relationship hang-ups.

I think it’s absolutely ultra-cool and so much fun!

Alyson Hannigan, Head & Shoulders’ girlfriend ambassador and actress, started encouraging consumers back in June to share their advice on how to be a good girlfriend via the Head & Shoulders for Women Facebook Fan page for a chance to be included in this very e-book. Along with consumer advice, the e-manual also houses a wealth of cool beauty tricks and tips from experts including H&S’ celebrity stylist Sunnie Brook Jones, H&S’ celebrity dermatologist, Dr. Ilyse Lefkowicz.

Head & Shoulders is continuing to pay the good girlfriend movement forward by donating all its proceeds from sale of the e-book to Women’s Empowerment, a non-profit organization that supports women in need with the skills and confidence necessary to find jobs, homes and to live a healthy lifestyle.

The e-book is now available for purchase on the Barnes and Noble/NOOK website and will be available for purchase through June 2012! I have already downloaded it on my NOOK COLOR! it’s awesome!
