Mom Fashion: Does Kate Middleton’s Style Impact Your Style?

Kate Middleton has turned into a fashion icon. I mean, she wears something and it sells out in hours. That’s pretty powerful.

As a mom, I love Kate Middleton’s style because I think she shows girls and teenagers through her classic and contemporary styles how they can look fabulous, trendy and chic without looking too sexy. I personally think she’s a perfect role model.

I also love her style as a mom for myself. I think she does a fantastic job wearing styles and trends that are elegant with a sweet twist. She exudes confidence and beauty and stature, and I think it’s incredible.

When it comes to Kate Middleton, it seems to me, that to get her look, you need to be shopping in 3 stores:
1) J.Crew
2) Ann Taylor
3) Banana Republic

I’ve pulled different looks that I created on Polyvore to pieces that are very Kate Middleton and (yet) still work for moms across the board!

I’m very inspired by Kate Middleton’s classic look and think she’s a fresh breath of air. Sorry, Snooki….

Yes! Completely! She makes simple look fantastic. No fuss is elegant again and not plain. I just wore nude hose this week for the first time in years and why? Because Kate Middleton has brought them back. They aren’t for old ladies anymore. It refreshed my black sheath and enabled me to lighten up my look and be polished. Love it!

classic style: jackie kennedy, audrey hepburn, jennifer anniston, kate middleton- they always look/ed great! i am a classic, for sure. clean, tailored, and never too trendy. it’s a great way to dress if you don’t have the luxury of turning your wardrobe over each year. i love that the dresses I bought 5 years ago still go- with everything (and get lots of compliments!) the shoes can really change things up a bit- as well as accessories. i love it 😉
