Last month I traveled to Nashville as a Feeding Project Ambassador with a few other pet bloggers to learn about the PEDIGREE® Feeding Project, an initiative that provides select shelters in Nashville and Chicago with Pedigree food at absolutely no cost. We spent time with the dogs and cats in need of forever homes at the Nashville Humane Association, which truly touched my heart… and I can finally reveal that we met Grammy award-winner Miranda Lambert (!!!), who was there to tape a PSA about the PEDIGREE® Feeding Project.
As you’ll see in Miranda’s PSA below, PEDIGREE® is looking to expand its Feeding Project this year beyond Nashville and Chicago. And they need your help! Check out their new Choose the Next City page to help them decide where to feed shelter dogs this year. You can nominate a specific shelter in need, or an entire community.

The expenses for my trip to Nashville were covered and as a PEDIGREE® Feeding Project Ambassador I receive a stipend for my time and participation. However, as an animal lover I would never join in on a project I didn’t support 100%. All opinions are my own.

Terrific project – we’re all allergic to dogs – we have a sweet bird who tells us “I love you!” 🙂
