So OK. I’m not a “selfie” person. BUT I have added Flip Flop Abs DVD to my Half Ironman training plan.

My Flip Flop Abs Update…

This is not a sponsored post. This is a post endorsing a product that I use and love and works!

Back on January 22, 2014, I wrote a post reviewing Flip Flop Abs as a CORE training addition to my training plan for  the Endurafit Ironman 70.3 Eagleman in Cambridge, MD on June 8, 2014…

Yes, this Grandma is registered for this 70.3 and I’m now almost 11 weeks ’til the race.

I’ve pretty much stuck to my training plan ~ well, except for the celebration around the arrival of my 11th grandchild, a beautiful baby boy named Brian who arrived in February and whom I simply cannot seem to stop cuddling ~ and the weekend swimming, ballet, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, etc. activities of 10 older precious grandkids…

But back to my training.

I’ve been swimming, cycling, running AND sticking to my Flip Flop Abs training DVD 3 or 4 times each week for additional strength, power and a boost of confidence. As Fitz Koehler, founder of Fitzness.com and Flip Flop Abs and all-around powerhouse of phenomenal so perfectly says, “Flip Flop Abs is your first-class ticket to a rock-solid core.”

So OK.

I am not a “selfie” person.

But one morning, after a Flip Flip Abs workout, while still in my pajamas (yes, I sometimes… well, often work out in pajamas) ~ I took a “selfie” of my results…

I could see the results right before myselfie; but more important, I can feel the results in the rest of my training. I swim better and more efficiently. I cycle with more strength. I run with more confidence.

I took Fitz’s first-class ticket to better abs and ran with it (and swam and cycled!)

It may take me a little time to actually press Publish with this post, because… well, because.

Because I don’t bare much.

But.

But I do want you to see that Flip Flop Abs works.

In my home.

In my pajamas!

As a beginner.

Thanks, Fitz! You make this Abs thing fun, healthful and perfect for both beginners as well as elites.

I know this for myselfie!

    WOWZA!!! Nice!!

I have learned about core strength and am amazed at what a difference it makes. I am not good with working out at home, otherwise I’d buy the dvd but I bet it would just sit next to all the rest…

Back to my TRX and Slam Ball.

    You rock!!
