April Fitness Challenge: Little Black Dress Challenge #LittleBlackDress

I am COMMITTED to getting my body, mind and soul back into shape. It’s not about just fitting into my pre-pregnancy jeans, it’s about feeling healthy and fit from head to toe. That’s my goal. That’s my passion.

I’ve been doing some fun monthly fitness challenges with my girlfriend Nadia from ChildMode.com and we’ve just had a blast over the last couple of months motivating each other. As you know, we did PLANKS all through March. Nadia is a rockstar, she hit 5 minutes, I couldn’t get past 4 minutes. I literally
bow down!

This month it’s all about the Little Black Dress Challenge.

Each day there’s something different and challenging to get you into that fitness mode. I can say, today is done! 30 second plank, 10 mountain climbs and 10 press ups – in the bag! BOOM! 🙂
