Mom Challenge Monday: FAMILY FITNESS TIME! #GettingGorgeous


This week… it’s all about family fitness!

I’m in Orlando right now at a Disney Sports Youth Media with my whole family. As you know from my blog, we’re a HUGE sports family. We play. We watch. We’re fans of college and professional teams. I was brought up watching my parents encourage me and my siblings to play sports, but also loved watching my parents get involved themselves in sports.

All of that is this inspiration for this week’s… MOM CHALLENGE!

The challenge?

Do something fitness-related with your family this week.

Walk. Canoe. Bike. Run. Swim. Skip. Roller blade. Play basketball. Ride waves in the ocean. Play tennis. Climb a jungle-gym.

Whatever it is, do it as a family.

I promise, it’s one of the most beautiful things you can do with and for your kids!

I did one TODAY!! I ran a FUN RUN with my William and Alexander at the ESPN Wide World Sports Center!
