Secretly I’ve been hoping and wishing for an iPhone 6S in Rose Gold. OK, no secretly… everyone in my personal life knows I’ve been coveting after it, but I knew it wasn’t something that absolutely needed to get. It was a total want, not a need.

And then my husband’s iPhone 6S came in (not on Rose Gold, BTW) and I fell in love with the video/camera, the clarity of the phone and truly – just about everything with it. I figured I’d just wait it out. I mean, what’s a girl to do, right?

Well, my husband had other plans for me.

I had just arrived home from Vegas from the ABC Kids Expo and this little package was waiting for me on the counter.

Can you tell I’m shocked out of my mind!?

I can’t tell you how much I loved this to the moon and back.

But it was also the note from my husband along with it that captured my heart …

… cue the tears.
