Knot Front Tee – 8 Ways to Style

One big trend right now is the knot front tee. It’s an easy go-to option when it comes to a basic tee shirt. Personally I love that you can get the tee knotted because you don’t have to worry about it coming undone. I’ve shared various ways to knot your tees, but this way (is by far) the easiest.

How to Style a Knot Front Tee

Once you have a knot front tee, you need to know how to style one. The one thing I will say when it comes to styling a knot front tee is that you need to treat it like a basic tee. It’s a classic and essential item in your closet that you will wear again and again.

You can find front knot tee options almost everywhere right now, but my personal favorite is the Knotted Crew from Abercrombie. They’re a perfect fit and they’re only $16 right now. They also come in 9 different colors, which are perfect!

Now for the styling part! Here are 8 ways to style a knot front tee. I wanted to make sure I gave you some solid options for when you’re heading out. The best thing to do is have some fashion inspiration for yourself when planning outfits.

8 WAYS TO STYLE KNOTTED TEES

Style #1: This is the easiest way to wear a knot front tee, as is. I grabbed my fave jeans and my tee and it’s a simple go-to outfit. This is the kind of look that anyone can wear. You can always feel chic and confident in this look.

Style #2: You know I love a good moto jacket. Moto jackets pair well with tees and tanks. I prefer to wear them with jeans and leggings and toss a moto over the top, but anyway you wear one – it works. I love this style because it’s casual, yet chic at the same time. You can make it work for a night out or an afternoon errand run!

Style #3: Denim on denim will always be a go-to look for me. I’m telling you, denim jackets go with EVERYTHING. I’m personally obsessed with my denim jacket to the point where I actually take it wherever I go. This is an easy style to wear with a knot front tee because it’s just an overall great look together.

Denim on Denim Style

Style #4: I’m all about a classic blazer in fun colors. I bought this white blazer last year and fell in love with it. I’ve been wearing it whenever I can and knew it would be perfect with my knot front tee. It’s such a great and easy item to toss on and I feel like it worked perfect with this style.

White Blazer Style

Style #5: Leopard is a print that is classic. I just bought a leopard cardigan last week and thought it would be a great layer for the chilly months ahead. I loved pairing it with my tee and a pair of shorts. It’s SO hot here that I would need to layer this in the fall months, but I did really like how this look came together. Such a fun print to pair with anything and I love how it all goes together.

Leopard Cardigan

Style #6: I wanted to see about dressing my tee shirt up and feel like I “nailed” it with my black pencil skirt. I know that it’s not always easy to dress up a tee shirt, but with a pencil skirt you can make it work. I love how this skirt works for any occasion and really does look chic. I feel like it’s super easy to make this look work and you can even add on a blazer if need be, too.

Knot Front Tee

Style #7: If you have a black blazer at home, bring it out! I feel like this is one of the easiest looks, too. You can wear with jeans, shorts, leggings, you name it! I love how professional you can make a look like this work, even if you’re short on time – it’s important to have looks like this easy to grab and GO! Love a black blazer, this is a MUST HAVE in your closet.

Knot Front Tee

Style #8: Don’t be afraid to style you tee with any kinds of skirts in your closet, too! I’m head over heels for this tiered Free People skirt. I bought this in February and can’t get enough of it. I thought it would be fun to pair it with this fun skirt. Think about the other skirts you have in your closet and I bet it would work! I love being able to wear things over and over and have classic items.

For all my fashion friends, I hope this helps you out! I love being able to show various ways to wear certain items. It’s important to make sure you’re wearing your items as much as you can and getting (like I like to say) fashion longevity out of each piece! These knot front tee options are the best and remember they come in other colors, too!

HEAD ON OVER AND JOIN ME HERE, too!! I have a Fashion Deals Facebook page that I have so much fun with and share a ton of fashion and style tips. I also share beauty tips there, too. Love your support and let me know what it is you’re looking for, too! Make sure you share with me if there’s something you love and I missed it on the blog!

Fashion and beauty is so much fun in the summer and I hope you take the time (even right now!) to enjoy it! I love showing that simple styles are sometimes the best ones for you to have some fashion and beauty fun for yourself! It’s a great way to feel (dare I say it) chic and normal again right now!
