So when all three of my favorite things collide, it’s a really amazing experience! Hallmark Channel is kicking off CHRISTMAS IN JULY and I couldn’t be happier! There’s nothing more fun than celebrating Christmas during the summer with Hallmark Channel. That’s right, it’s Christmas in July on Hallmark!
What is Hallmark Christmas in July? It’s a fun tradition where Hallmark Channel runs Christmas movies during the summer month of July. It’s a fun way to get into the spirit without snow on the ground (at least for us New Englanders!).
Christmas in July on Hallmark Channel
Living in Rhode Island we spend our summer days at the pool or at the beach. We’re lucky to live in such a beautiful state with the most incredible beaches, so it’s become a summer tradition for us to spend nighttime at the beach, cooling down.
But with Hallmark Channel hosting their Christmas in July, after a beautiful night at the beach… I’ll be able to devour a fabulous happily ever after.
For all of my fellow Hallmarkies, the Christmas in July schedule looks like this:
Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Dates: Friday, 6/25/21 through Thursday, 7/8/21
- 24/7 holiday programming
- Christmas in July will be FIRST on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries (going on NOW)
- Good Witch S7 (Sundays 9p-10p) continues through Christmas in July with the last 3 episodes of the season (7008 on 7/11, 7009 on 7/18, 7010 season finale on 7/25)
Christmas transition into first movie of Summer Nights – 7/31 - HMNOW
Hallmark Channel Dates: Friday, 7/9 at 11am through Saturday, 7/31
- Christmas movies weekdays Mon-Fri 11am-1am
- Christmas movies weekends Sat 9am-1am / Sun 9am-12am
(sitcoms in overnight/early mornings)
I’m (personally) excited to see Crashing Through the Snow starring Amy Acker and Warren Christie, Saturday, July 10 at 9pm/8c.
Maggie and Sam are crashing Christmas. When he proposes they team up against his sister’s perfect Christmas, neither of them are prepared for the blended family challenges that lie ahead.

I like all the wildlife I see in my neighborhood during the summer. Yesterday a neighbor spotted 25 turkeys in her yard! We see mallard ducks, bunnies, and turtles a lot in our subdivision.
I love the long, sunny days. I’m a night owl, so during summer I get to enjoy the sunlight just a little more than the rest of the year.
