How to Use Hair Tinsel
Victoria has been dying to try hair tinsel for the longest time. I bought some right before Halloween and started playing with it in her hair throughout November. I don’t like recommending anything until I’ve tried it once or twice and like it. The second I played with it, I loved it.
Hair tinsel is exactly like Christmas tree tinsel. It’s a perfect hair accessory for fun hairstyles. Have a holiday coming up? Try them! Have a crazy hair day at school? Try them. Feel like creating some different in your hair? Try them!

I wanted to create something fun for New Year’s Eve, so I added hair tinsel into Victoria’s braids. What I love about these adorable braids is that they sparkle with the tinsel! I love how it all came together and looked so good!

As you can see it comes out looking so cool and fun! I think it really could make any hairstyle really pop! I also love that it comes with so many color options for you to have some hair fun with for yourself.
How do you put tinsels in your hair?
OK, I know that there are more intricate ways to place the tinsel in the hair. When it comes to figuring out how to use hair tinsel, I wanted to make it as easy as possible for myself. I just looped the hair tinsel through a hair elastic and did it that way. It was easy to band in the hair and it stayed put perfectly.
How long does hair tinsel last in hair?
They can last up to a few days, but I only use them for specific hairstyles and then take them out once I’ve taken out Vixtoria’s hair for the day. I recycle them for different hairstyles.
