Permission to Hustle Mastermind For Women
I’m obsessed with hearing about women who hustle in business. It motivates me. It inspires me. And it makes me happy to see women go after their dreams and their goals. It’s a beautiful thing!
As many of you know, Vera and I created a Facebook Group called Permission to Hustle exactly one year ago. We wanted it to be a place online where women (and some men!) could go and share inspiration, motivation, business questions and just a great support group for everyone. It has grown beyond our expectations throughout the last year – so much so that we decided to create Mastermind Groups off of Permission to Hustle for women seeking more motivation and inspiration!
With 3300 people in our Permission to Hustle Group to date, we thought it would be beneficial to create smaller groups for women to be able to dive deeper and (quite honestly) feel more comfortable opening up and sharing what’s really on their minds for their businesses.
We had a feeling women were looking for more because we both get bunches of emails a week from women rocking their hustles and asking us questions like:
- What should I charge for this?
- How can I create a good proposal?
- How do you pitch someone?
- What can I be doing to grow my business?
- How do you create an agreement?
- What can I be doing to grow?
- How can I find someone to motivate me?
- When should I hire help?
- How do you create a wrap-up report?
And we would answer every single question because we are passionate about what we do, but it was an eye-opened in realizing that people had more and more questions that we needed to help them out with! Women helping women, it’s what it’s all about. And as much as I’m obsessed with women hustling in business… I’m also obsessed with women HELPING women grow in business and helping each other become what we all want to be.
