I’ve always loved a good lobster sweater. Living in New England, I feel like it’s one uniform that every woman has to have on hand. It’s just such a east coast living fashion vibe. When I saw one at Talbots last week, I grabbed it immediately and fell in love with so many of their new arrivals.

Lobster Sweater and Talbots New Arrival Faves

Talbots is a shopping destination where you can find some really great items. They have a classic and preppy style, which an elegant touch. Regardless of your age, you can find something. Whether it’s a classic cable knit, plaid shell or crewneck sweater, you’ll find something.

Sharing some of my Talbots New Arrivals that I’ve fallen in love with that are perfect for the next few months. The lobster sweater was my fave NEW arrival of the season (see below), but there are so many other items that peeked my fashion and style interest, too!

I immediately stopped when I saw this perfect Embroidered Lobster Mockneck Sweater. It’s my style to a “T” and a perfect item for east coast style.

The must-have mockneck. Embroidered with artful lobster design. Snap it up right now. I’m all about this sweater to wear with jeans or skirts or (even) leggings. This is a perfect item if you’re a New England girl.

Sometimes the sweater finds you and this lobster sweater certainly did. After all, I’m a New England girl. The sign which a lobster stands for is transformation and rejuvenation. It also stands for emotional growth. I felt like it was perfect for 2021.

Crewneck Anchor Sweater – The classic crewneck. In a lightweight and supersoft cotton and rayon blend. Anchors aweigh! I love anything anchor. Anchors are such a wonderful symbol of rooting yourself. I love anything that has a nautical feel.

Classic Cotton Shirt – Simple Gingham – The Classic Cotton Shirt. Versatile, great-looking, essential. In simple gingham. This is one of my all time faves prints. This is such a classic print that looks good on just about anyone.

Ryan Embroidered Anchor Loafers – Our Ryan Loafers blend comfort with polished style. Artfully embroidered with anchor design. How cute are these loafers? I love these light pink loafers with an anchor on them. They’re so pretty and perfect.

Ribbed Stitch Stripe Vest – Our Ribknit Stripe Vest. Easy elegance. In cotton blend. Love a good vest? This works with just about anything. Jeans and dresses and skirts and tops and blouses. It’s a just a classic piece that needs to be in your closet.

Open Stitch Sweater – Our easy breezy open stitch sweater. In cotton blend. Great with one of our Cotton Modal Tanks. This is such a perfect item that never goes out of style. It comes in other color options, too. Love this one and need this immediately.

Classic Jean Jacket – The classic jean jacket. An American icon. You can’t deny denim this irresistible.  You can’t go wrong with a jean jacket. It’s a classic item everyone should have in their closet. You can dress it up or dress it down. It’s EVERYTHING!

Shaker Stitch Sweater – Stripe – Our looks-great-feels-great shaker-stitch mockneck. In pure cotton. Stripe it up! I bought this sweater already, too. I love a Shaker Stitch sweater. They’re so comfortable and so versatile. I love that I can wear this now and on a chilly night in the summer with white jean shorts.

So perfect! This reminds me of the Lobster Sweater, which I’m obsessed with!

These are my favorites from Talbots for the season. I always love to see the top NEW arrivals and see if there’s anything that I can’t (fashion) live without. That Lobster Sweater is my New Arrival go-to, but all of these items top my list, too for the season.

Make sure you’re constantly checking Talbots for some classic pieces. I love how you can mix and match so many of their items with items I have at home. I mean… that Lobster Sweater with my distressed jeans!? It just works. There’s so much fashion fun you can have!
