I’m sharing 1o nice things to say to your kids (any age) every day. I recently read that you should be giving your teens (at least) 3 hugs a day. It’s important for them and for you for their well-being and confidence. You also want to make sure you’re saying positive things every day, too. Words matter and bringing love and confidence into their lives starts at home.

I also know there are times when our kids can drive us crazy! I’m not immune to this (nor is any mom out there!). These are the times when we really need this list of 10 nice things to say. If you see them working hard, reward it with a “great job!” I know school is really thought right now for kids, so making sure they know that we see them working hard, it’s good to tell them. It’s something that is important to me to do for my kids.
